About LUMYSEOUL

LUMYSEOUL is a small independent K-beauty retailer. We are three people, not a corporation, and we started this because we live around Korean skincare and got tired of watching friends overseas pay two or three times Seoul prices for the same bottle — or worse, receive counterfeits.

WHAT WE ACTUALLY DO. We buy genuine, sealed products from Korean suppliers and brands, we pack them ourselves in Seoul, and we ship them directly to you by Korea Post. There is no warehouse chain in between, which is why the prices are closer to what they are here.

WE ARE A RETAILER, NOT A MANUFACTURER. We do not make, reformulate or relabel anything. Every product reaches you in the manufacturer’s original sealed packaging, made for the Korean market. That also means we are honest about the trade-off: parcels come from Korea, so delivery takes longer than a domestic store, and your country may charge import duties on arrival. We tell you that before you pay rather than after.

HOW WE TALK ABOUT PRODUCTS. Star ratings on this site come only from real customer reviews — a new product shows no rating rather than a flattering invented one. We do not publish review counts we do not have, and we do not claim a cosmetic will cure or treat anything. If we get something wrong, tell us and we will correct it.

SAFETY MATTERS TO US. We ask every customer to patch test each new product, we record the batch of every order, and we treat any reported skin reaction as a priority — we can trace which batch you received and warn others if we need to. Please read our Cosmetic & Safety Disclaimer.
