Your Privacy Rights (California & Other Regions)

Effective date: July 29, 2026. This page summarises rights that residents of certain regions have in addition to our Privacy Policy.

WE DO NOT SELL PERSONAL INFORMATION. LUMYSEOUL does not sell or share personal information for money or for cross-context behavioural advertising. There is therefore nothing to opt out of in that respect — but you may still exercise the rights below.

CALIFORNIA (CCPA/CPRA). California residents may request: to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about them and how it is used; correction of inaccurate information; deletion of their information, subject to exceptions such as completing a transaction or meeting a legal obligation; and a portable copy. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.

EUROPEAN UNION AND UNITED KINGDOM (GDPR/UK GDPR). If you are in the EU or UK you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Our lawful bases are: performance of a contract (to fulfil your order), consent (marketing emails), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, improving the service) and legal obligation (accounting and product-safety records). You may also complain to your local supervisory authority.

OTHER REGIONS. Residents of other jurisdictions with comparable privacy laws may exercise the rights those laws provide.

HOW TO MAKE A REQUEST. Email hello@lumyseoul.com from the address associated with your account, telling us what you would like. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we will respond within the period required by the law that applies to you. An authorised agent may act on your behalf with written permission.
