OUR CONTENT. The LUMYSEOUL name and logo, our site design, and the written content and photography we create are ours. Please do not copy or republish them without written permission. Brand names, product names, packaging images and manufacturer copy belong to their respective owners and are used to identify and describe the products we sell.
IF YOU BELIEVE YOUR RIGHTS ARE INFRINGED. Email hello@lumyseoul.com with the subject "IP Takedown" and include: identification of the work you say is infringed; the exact URL of the material on our site; your contact details; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them; and your signature (electronic is fine).
WHAT WE DO. We review every complete notice promptly and remove or disable material where the complaint is well founded. If you believe your material was removed in error, reply to us with an explanation and we will reconsider.
USER SUBMISSIONS. By posting a review, photograph or other content on the site you confirm it is yours to share and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the site and in related material. We may remove any submission at our discretion, including content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, or not a genuine customer experience.
