Accessibility

Effective date: July 29, 2026. We want lumyseoul.com to be usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology.

WHAT WE DO. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as a practical target. In building the site we use semantic HTML, labelled form fields, descriptive alternative text for meaningful images, visible keyboard focus, sufficient colour contrast, layouts that work on small screens and at increased zoom, and we respect the operating-system setting for reduced motion.

WE ARE A SMALL TEAM AND STILL IMPROVING. Some areas may not yet fully meet our target. We treat accessibility problems as bugs and fix them as we find them.

If any part of the site is difficult or impossible for you to use, email hello@lumyseoul.com describing the page and the problem, and the device or assistive technology you use. We will reply and, where we can, offer another way to complete what you were trying to do — including placing an order by email.
